Burglar alarm installers in Fauldhouse

Burglar alarms for Fauldhouse

Fauldhouse is a former mining village whose railway station sits on the Shotts line between Glasgow and Edinburgh, and many people here commute to Livingston, Bathgate, Edinburgh or Glasgow. Commuting means a house can be empty for most of the day, and a round at Greenburn Golf Course or an evening out leaves it on its own again. An alarm gives you one less thing to think about.

Tyger Security is based in Motherwell and has been protecting homes and businesses across Scotland since 2011. We are SSAIB approved for intruder alarms and CCTV, and all our numbers go through to out-of-hours responses.

Our work in West Lothian includes intruder alarms and CCTV installed for Nineteen Twelve in Bathgate and Hamilton Brown in Livingston.

Designed and fitted to EN50131

Every system we fit meets the EN50131 standard and includes a backup battery for power failures. We'll recommend the type of alarm that suits your property:

• A wired alarm, for the most robust long-term installation.
• A Dahua AirShield wireless alarm with app control, for a quick, tidy fit with little or no cabling.
• Bells-only, or a monitored alarm linked to an Alarm Receiving Centre.

Our quotes are free and come with no pressure to commit on the day.

Monitoring and keyholders

With a monitored alarm, trained operators respond to every activation, contact your keyholders and request Police attendance where applicable, which is especially useful if you're commuting or away. Monitored systems include a Tyger Security external sounder as a visible deterrent.

Questions about alarms in Fauldhouse

Do you cover Fauldhouse even though it's in West Lothian?

Yes. We're based in Motherwell, and we install and service alarms in Fauldhouse and nearby villages as well as across Lanarkshire.

Can I control the alarm from my phone?

With a Dahua AirShield wireless alarm you can set and unset the system and receive alerts on your phone, which is ideal if you commute.

Can you add to my existing alarm?

Often, yes. We can add detectors, replace a faulty keypad or sounder, or take over servicing of the whole system, even if another company fitted it.
